01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the pak324 platform (available at pak324.net and all associated subdomains, applications, and services), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the pak324 platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak324 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). pak324 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address associated with their account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a pak324 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pak324 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is conducted at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete identity. The use of fictitious names, aliases, or third-party identity documents is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of pak324, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable laws. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling activity in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing pak324 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

pak324 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to CNIC, passport, bank statements, or utility bills) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any pending bonus balances.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak324 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify pak324 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pak324 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until such time as you have reported a security breach to pak324 and received written confirmation that your account has been suspended pending investigation.

• You must ensure all contact information (email address, phone number) associated with your account is accurate and kept up to date.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or access your funds.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, or software programmes to interact with the pak324 platform in any way.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings as required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pak324 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and Raast. Minimum and maximum transaction thresholds for each payment method are displayed in the pak324 cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. pak324 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending KYC review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your pak324 account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can include the bonus-derived funds.
• pak324 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving a withdrawal of any amount it deems to require enhanced due diligence.
• Standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within one to three business days.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pak324 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus conditions below and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only. Players who have self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits concurrent bonuses.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while certain table games or live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry dates are displayed in your account's bonus section.
• Abuse Prevention: pak324 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of advantage play that is inconsistent with normal recreational gaming behaviour.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the pak324 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti 20-20, Color Game, and all other titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game's RNG is independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and conformity with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.

Individual game rules are accessible within each game's interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. pak324 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the following policy applies:

• If a technical fault occurs before a game round is completed and the result cannot be determined, the wager will be refunded to the player's cash balance.
• If the result of a game round was determined prior to the disconnection and can be verified by pak324's game server logs, that result stands and the corresponding win or loss is applied to the account.
• pak324 is not responsible for network issues on the player's side (including mobile data interruptions from Jazz, Zong, or Ufone) that cause disconnection during active game rounds.

pak324 reserves the right to void any game round in which a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome. In such cases, the original wager is returned to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak324 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on pak324, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using pak324 as a vehicle for the transfer of funds of illicit origin.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the house edge.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the pak324 platform, including game play and account management.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or vulnerabilities in any pak324 game or system. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be deducted from the player's balance.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards pak324 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any pak324 game or software component.

08 Responsible Gaming

pak324 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all pak324 account holders at no cost and are accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon reduction and are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before being increased.
• Session Time Limits: Customisable reminders that notify you when your gaming session has exceeded a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary breaks from gaming ranging from 24 hours to 90 days, during which your account remains open but inactive.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak324 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any pak324 content without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on pak324 software, design elements, or game mechanics.
• Using the pak324 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written permission.
• Screen-recording, streaming, or publicly broadcasting gameplay in a manner that violates the terms of the underlying game provider's licence.

Any unauthorised use of pak324 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may result in civil or criminal legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak324 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the pak324 platform or any of its features.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of pak324's servers or any personal or financial information stored therein.
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the pak324 service, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pak324's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings, bonus balances, or account funds resulting from account suspension or closure due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any decisions made by pak324 in good faith pursuant to its fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, or responsible gaming obligations.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits pak324's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by pak324's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak324's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pak324 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

pak324 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a pak324 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak324 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to that which is strictly necessary for the operation of the platform, including payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), identity verification providers, and game content providers.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Certain data may be retained beyond account closure where pak324 has a legal or regulatory obligation to do so.

In the event of a dispute between you and pak324, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. pak324 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of pak324 shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions or consolidated proceedings against pak324 are not permitted under these Terms.
